2026 NMSTA Fall Conference Venue
The Berna Facio Professional Development Center is a modern, state-of-the-art conference facility designed to foster professional learning, collaboration, and meaningful engagement. With a spacious exhibit area, technology-equipped meeting rooms, and comfortable gathering spaces, the venue provides an excellent setting for exhibitors to connect with science educators from across New Mexico.

Located at 3315 Louisiana Blvd. NE in Albuquerque, the center is just minutes from Interstate 40 and Interstate 25, making it easily accessible for exhibitors and attendees traveling from throughout the state. The surrounding area offers a variety of hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping, providing convenient accommodations and dining options during the conference.
Parking & Accessibility
Complimentary on-site parking is available for all exhibitors and attendees, with numerous accessible parking spaces located near the main entrance. The facility also provides convenient loading and unloading access to simplify exhibitor setup and breakdown.
Dedicated Exhibit & Networking Time
The conference schedule includes dedicated exhibit and networking periods throughout the day, including morning refreshments, lunch, and afternoon breaks, ensuring exhibitors have multiple opportunities to engage with attendees. To encourage meaningful interaction with conference partners and sponsors, participants will complete an Exhibitor Engagement Passport by visiting exhibitor booths. Completion of the passport will be required to receive a Certificate of Participation or Verification of Attendance, helping ensure exhibitors enjoy consistent attendee engagement while participants discover valuable STEM resources, instructional materials, technologies, and professional learning opportunities.
